Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
   Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are generally not applicable once access is provided.
   Refund may be considered only in the following cases:
   Payment is deducted but course/test access is not provided
   Duplicate payment made by the customer
   Technical issue from our side due to which service is not delivered
2. Refund Request Time
   Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
3. Refund Process
   If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
   Refund will not be provided in cases such as:
   Change of mind after purchase
   User not using the course after payment
   Wrong course purchased by user
   Course accessed/downloaded/used
   User sharing credentials or violating terms
